Definitive account deletion in ChaGo

You may need to re-authenticate with password, Google or Apple. Confirm only if you understand that deletion is definitive and deleted data will not be recoverable.

What happens when you delete your account

When you confirm definitive deletion of your ChaGo account, we remove your profile, settings, sessions, notification tokens, social graph, messages, posts, stories and uploaded media where technically possible. After completion, this data cannot be recovered.

Purchases and App Store subscriptions

ChaGo removes premium entitlement records, token balances and purchase records from ChaGo systems. Apple purchase history and active subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel an active subscription, open App Store settings.

Logout is not deletion

Signing out only disconnects the current device and disables notification tokens for that account. Your profile, purchases and data remain stored.

Safety and legal obligations

Limited records may be retained only when required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, chargebacks, safety investigations or App Store compliance.
