ChaGo is only for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove it and delete related data as required by law and safety needs.

We use data to provide the service, protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, improve the app, and send requested notifications. For EEA/UK/Swiss users, legal bases include contract, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations under GDPR-style laws.
Some profile data, such as religion, gender, photos, or location, may be sensitive in some countries. We process it only when you provide or enable it voluntarily, and you can change or remove it in the app.
We use Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, push, and security; Apple Sign In and Google Sign-In for login; Apple App Store for digital purchases if offered. We do not sell personal data.
We share data only to operate ChaGo, comply with law, protect safety, moderate abuse, or use technical providers. Data may be processed in countries other than yours with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
We keep data while your account is active or as needed for service, safety, and law. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except for legal obligations or abuse investigations.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, object to or restrict some processing, withdraw consent, and manage notifications, location, and profile visibility. Contact privacy@chago.social or use app settings.
ChaGo uses technical and organizational measures to protect data. You can report content or users, block users, and request review. Reports may be retained for safety and anti-abuse evidence.
We will update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Important changes will be communicated in the app or on the website.
