ChaGo is an iOS social and social app for creating profiles, discovering people, following users, posting content, and communicating through chat, photos, audio, optional location sharing, and notifications. The service may evolve, be updated, or change over time.
You must be at least 18, provide truthful information, keep your credentials secure, and use one personal account unless authorized. We may suspend or close fake, abusive, fraudulent, or underage accounts.
Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation of minors, impersonation, stolen photos, spam, scraping, bots, scams, illegal requests, and behavior that may harm other users are prohibited.
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant ChaGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and share content as needed to operate the service and link previews, respecting your privacy settings.
ChaGo includes filtering, reporting tools, user blocking, and content review. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or App Store rules.
Messages, audio, photos, and location are processed to provide requested features. Location is shared only when you choose. Notifications may include previews and custom sounds configured in the app.
If ChaGo offers premium features or subscriptions, digital purchases in the iOS app are handled by Apple through the App Store. Prices, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple rules and your Apple account settings.
You can delete your account in app settings. Deletion starts removal of personal data within a reasonable period, except content needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or requests already delivered to other users.
ChaGo is provided “as is”. We work to keep the service safe and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or third-party behavior. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.
ChaGo is available to users in different countries. These Terms apply subject to mandatory laws where you live, including consumer, privacy, and online safety rights. Mandatory protections prevail in case of conflict.
